Our cozy country house *** is in a quiet location in the central district of Kirchboden. The house was built in 1969 and completely renovated in 2010. The distance to the closest lifts is about 250 m. The ski bus stop is right in front of our house.
In summer it is only a few steps to the Amadé water park (indoor and outdoor pool), the tennis courts and the large children's playground.

The apartments
Apartment Nr. 01
For up to 5 persons - approx. 40 m²
1 bedroom with double bed and armchair for one person.
1 bathroom with bathtub/toilet.
Apartment Nr. 02
For up to 7 persons - approx. 70 m²
2 bedrooms, each with a double bed - in one you find a sofa bed for one person and a TV, and two bathrooms with shower/toilet.
Apartment Nr. 03
For up to 7 persons - approx. 70 m²
2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with two single beds and TV as well as two bathrooms with shower/toilet and a single bed in the passage room.
Apartment Nr. 04
For up to 12 persons
- approx. 140 m²
4 bedrooms - 1st bedroom: double bed, 2nd bedroom: 2 single beds (with passage door), 3rd bedroom: double bed, 4th bedroom: 1 double and 2 single beds 3 bathrooms (bath tub or shower/toilet).

For For up to 6 persons - approx. 60 m²
1 bedroom with a double- and a single bed with shower / toilet with extra entrance from the outside
1 living room with 2 single beds (also possible as a double bed) and integrated kitchen, dining area, bathroom with bath/shower and toilet with extra entrance from the outside.
